This Project Involved end to end implementation of Biz Manager Pro having modules like: Inventory Insights, Business CRM, Analytics and Sale-Purchase Planner, etc. in regular business operations of Champion Steels

Our Task Was

We collected requirements from employees and identified challenges in manual operations with Excel sheets. Utilizing this information, we customized Biz Manager Pro to automate manual processes. Following that, we executed the entire customization and introduced change management within the company. Now, we offer annual maintenance and support services for Champion Steels as well.
